How to create a support case?

Description

After you've signed into the BIOVIA Community à top navigation MY LINKS and click the drop down arrow and then click the My Cases and Change Requests link. Click the New button.

  1. Click the drop down arrow to select a Product Area.
  2. Click the drop down arrow to select a Product Name.
  3. Enter a Subject or summary of the case.
  4. Enter the Product Version.
  5. Enter a detailed Description of the issue.
  6. Enter an Error Message if one is provided.
  7. Click the Create button.
