Can't get final structure and trajectory file after a forcite dynamics/geo opt/mech pro run, why?

Dear all MS users
I want to get mechnical properties, geometry optimization structure and some other results after forcite runnings. But after mech pro/dynamics/geo opt running, I can't get the .xsd and .xtd file, even the status.txt is empty. What's wrong?
My version is MS7.0
Hoping for help. And thank you all in advance

It is not uncommon that the status.txt file is empty.

Do yo get a seedname.txt file (seedname is the same of the input structure)?
When you do a run with retain server files: Which files do you get in seednanme_FIles/Documents when you do a remote view on the job?

On which Windows version exactly do you run the client?
On which platform exactly do you run the server?

Hi Carsten
Thanks you for your reply.
Yes, I did get the seedname.txt  which just indicated the Task name/ MS version/ host name/ operating system .....
My OS is windows 10 and platform is ASUS PC which has 8 intel cores and 12GB RAM.
All I can get in the document file created automatically  are:
1. a .xms file which contains the calculation sets
2. a .xsd file which is the input structure
3. status.txt  empty
4 seedname.txt

Materials Studio 7.0 is by far too old to run on Windows 10.
The only real options I see is to use a more recent Materials Studio version which runs on Windows 10 (please keep in mind that only Windows 10 Enterprise and Professional 64bit are tested and supported) or to go back to on older Windows version on which Materials Studio 7 is supported.

Does it run when just one core is requested? Do other modules work?

Hi Carsten
Still can't get anything with only one core.
Maybe I should use the latest version of MS.
And I don't know whether other modules work, cause I only need forcite. I'll see.
Now I'm gonna try the latest version MS.
Thank you.
