how to generate decahedron nanocluster by materials studio? any hint?
The topichas a script to carve a trapezoidal prism out of a block of material, simply by deleting atom outside the interior. You could do the same for a decahedron.
However, there are many different decahedra (32300). Did you mean dodecahedron instead? This is a platonic solid, for which there are simple equations for the interior (see here)
